KYС.Legal defrauded investors of $21 million

Another major project appears to be on the brink of bankruptcy. This concerns the company KYС.Legal, which illegally traded securities in the US, selling them to residents of the country. Digital asset trading was conducted via the internet.

After collecting $21 million from 5,500 investors, the KYС.Legal team simply scattered. Some of them settled in America, others returned to Russia, and the rest disappeared in an unknown direction.

The founder of the KYС.Legal scam was Daniil Rusov, a resident of St Petersburg. Sergey Berkenov was a co-founder of the project. The director was Nik Evdokimov. The general director was Evgeny Zonov. The programmer was Oleg Dyakov. The technical lead was Stanislav Bulatkin.

Many of them have already scrubbed information linking them to KYС.Legal from their social media. However, the data is still available in the cache.
